Modification for 125cc
Hey I think it is about time to start modifying my motor. I have a stock China 125cc Motor, I have a UNI air filter and a Mikuni Carb on there already. I am thinking about as for my first mod would be getting a CAM for it. I am wondering are they worth it and what is a good CAM to get? If not what will be another good first modification to get for the motor?

A z-40 CAM will be a good one. And you could also buy a TB big bore kit which will make it around 142cc and costs £100 here in the UK. But with a big bore kit, you will need the piston to go with it, so make sure it comes with one, or find out the bore in millimeteres and find a piston seperatly. Sorry for my spelling im still half a sleep

I'm getting out of the china market for the time being. I'm parting out my bike if you are interested. Thumpstar 146cc. I also have a big valve head that was JUST built. 27mm intake 23.5 exhaust valves, Ported, C630 valve guides, new valves, Tb300 cam, 3 angle valve seat job - seals perfectly, Techline CBC-1 Thermal coating on the ports and combustion chamber. $200 takes it..and thats a steal. I think the TB300 cam was like $65? You're welcome to see come see it. I live over in Kennesaw..thats a good little trip from Lawreneville though.
