    190 anima pipe options!!!!

    Hay all,

    Having this epic battle with a decent pipe for a 190 anima in a Pitsterpro LXR as the animas are a crf bend not klx!! Standard pipes just won't cut it for me and pro circuit has been done a billion times..

    Something new and different would be good I really wanted a yoshie pipe for it but been told over and over it will not fit. Or something like doma pipes with a power bomb header.

    Any links I can see or anyone selling a pipe with a crf bend to suit LXR???

    Ive heard best pipe for best noticable hp gain is fmf 4.1

    Have you heard how the get it on there?? FMF is klx style bend. The anima it's crf

    What are you meaning by saying the FMF is a klx style bend? I have a FMF on my crf and it is not the same bend as my klx.
    I think the issue you're going to find is the size of the lxr is so different. The pipe on my friends lxr is longer and straighter than my crf pipe is.

    What about your stock pipe with a Yoshi silencer? Would that look alright? (Not sure what your stock pipe looks like) or a PC header that does fit, and put a Yoshi silencer on it. There is no PC logos on header so know one will know your mismatching your exhaust.

    I'm looking to do the same thing! Think the yoshi muffler will side onto the stock header? I would be down to do that. I want a yoshi on my lxr. Or maybe a 4.1

    Iv emailed yoshie about slip of pipes and never get a bloody reply!!

    Crf bend is a slightly different bend out of the exhaust outlet most LXR bike run a klx style bend pipe cause the motors that usually come out with the LXR are klx replica motors "YX,zonga"

    Arrow and doma make exhaust for crf style ports on the lxr! I know geeco has them

    Im from the states and would pay for the same service if I could get anyone from out of the country to reply to a PM or email about it.

    I know this is for the LXR but I know a guy is finishing development of a "Scalavini" system that fits the piranha frame with a 190 but I dont think that will cross over.

    This isn't my bike but this guy used the stock piranha head pipe, took the internal baffle out of the stock piranha silencer and welded it into the inside of a ktm 250 silencer.

    He said it rips. He never rode the 190 with a stock pipe so I can't compare the 2 but just showing you the options!

    I'm working on fmf carbon silencer to fit my 190 using the stock header, just haven't got to finishing it yet.

    Yes we tried the silencers from a 2006 Crf250 but they have to much restriction in them and the motors choke out under power.

    I'm after the torn up yosh or fmf dual system to try and tackle it again. I also bought a crushed megabomb that I'm gonna try and and weld into the header and play around with.

    The LXR has its own pipe bend and the klx bend pipes will not fit the LXR frame, The Pitpro / Pirahna framed bikes pipes also will not fit the LXR. But the pipe adpator works perfectly to run a PC or Doma LXR pipe with the Daytona.
    This is a custom pipe I built, it is a klx bend at the head and was made when I was running the 236cc v2 head engine, the Anima FRD190.6 (70mm bore) swap only needed the pipe adpator to work.
    This pipe has inch and a half tubing and a PC muffler for a crf150R that is much larger inlet and outlet than the LXR PC can.I found tat larger the pipe the better the engine runs.
