While I found out that it's not possible to just swap the cam and rocker arms as the design of the head is different. Buy can someone shed some light if heads with this design of rocker arms is any superior?

If the roller system is done right the friction losses are less on the roller system and there are some advantages to what cam profiles you can run when using a roller rocker

Can you provide some examples of this being the case?

ROLLER ROCKER HEAD TECHNOLOGY (V2 HEADS)
    TBOLT USA TECH DATABASE!

    TECH-0138

Roller Rocker Head Technology (V2 Heads)
The basic concept of the roller rocker design is that it allows for a much more aggressive ramp profiles on cam.
This allows the Valves to open faster , stay open longer and close faster all giving your engine more fuel.
Also the roller tip allows for a less friction coeffcient which alots for less parastic losses via friction and heat.
The Cam rolls with less drag and heat build up.
All Adding up to a very powerfull system , significant & Substantial Gains over stock.

I agree it gives much better performance.
Here in Pakistan we have Honda CD70 as a work horse. A million units are sold each year. Their 72cc has much better power torque and smooth response compared to 88cc Chinese with plain rocker head.
