Strange noise from engine could it be crank bearings? Video included

    Hi
I have this Chinese 85cc bike.
It's making this type of sounds
    https://youtu.be/TEHI62DzS_E

I replaced is timing chain no luck. Replaced piston and new cylinder and still same noise. There was no vertical play in the connecting rod when I removed the cylinder very slight horizontal play.

I also replaced entire clutch basket and found all the primary drive and driven sprockets in perfect condition. However I noticed slight horizontal play when I pushed the shaft , on which clutch basket is installed, in and out. Here is a video illustrating the free play.

Some descriptions is given in the video description.
I m suspicion either the crank bearing or might be some thing in transmission.

I agree; it's time to split the case. Since you have changed the cam chain and clutch, you have ruled out the easy fixes. Have you changed oil and screened for metal filings? The way it sounds, I would expect to find some metal in the oil.

Get the old stethoscope and find out where the noise is coming from.

OK I will split cases but is the amount of play and the direction in which it is as shown in video normal? is that normal? I will look for other issues once engine is split apart.
