First post. Hi all. Anyway, heres a pic i found of the kitaco inner rotor copy wiring diagram. Bought one off ebay, and it didnt come with wiring instructions. Worked for me just great!

If your bike has a killswitch thats earths to the bars, the earth to frame wire should not be connected to the frame or misfiring, popping and banging will occur! (as i found out!). Simply connect the earth to the neg (black on my chinese copy) wire of the killswitch.

    Re: CRF Import Wiring Guide

Hey guys I am new to this forum i'm hoping i can get some help with my engine. I just bought a brand new Lifan 110cc engine w/ electric start but i dont want to wire it for electric start. I cant find a wiring diagram that matches my engines color wires and its getting really frustrating so maybe someone has some info for me. My coil wires are Green and Black/Yellow. My engine wires are Yellow, Black/Red, Pink, Blue/White, Green. And on the stator wires are Blue/Red, Purple, Green/Red, Green/Black, and Pink. Its a 5 wire CDI system. If anyone knows how to wire this thing up PLEASEE let me know!!!

    Re: CRF Import Wiring Guide

Here is the wiring we used to install a GPX 124 in my CT-70 pit bike. It runs a headlight & tailight.

I recently swithed to a KRP 150 with an outer rotor & flywheel. I need a diagram to show how to wire that motor. Anyone?

    Thanks
