    is this a 120?monster?

bought a 138 kit from china the bottom of cylnder doesnt fit in the case hole

and the studs are spaced different

can i mod the cyland cace to fit or is it wrong

china guy told me its for ducar 125

also got inner rotor cdi light oil slinger works sweet rev-o-matic

Maybe you measured the stroke wrong or typed it in wrong. That would give you a 146cc engine. If it was 57.5 then you would have 124cc.
That's right, he said "nappy headed hoes."

we just had a customer with a loncin that the tb146cc would not fit due to small case hole

Mine is the same way, the later 2006 Rcm bikes Lifan motors have the 1*56*FMI marking with 124cc on the cylinder but they are in fact a regular old monster lifan 120 with 52.4x55.5.

got a title with the bike says 9.8hp?

    could this be correct

do you measure cyl from gasket to gasket or include the tongue into case

mine was based on gasket to gasket

It is definitely an auto clutch.

I don't recall the thread, but the Jialing 125 and Lifan 120 pin sizes got posted, other than that I've not seen anything.

I bought a motor from Fatcaat last year and he told me it was a Jialing 120. I put in a 131 bbk a while ago with the help of Vince from Tbolt. I remember it starting out at 52.5 x 55.5 with a 27/23 head with long anti-kickback cam, 13mm wristpin, and Honda stud spacing. Dont know how much info you have on this motor

This may actually be an early model of the "Xtreme" motors or a Jialing. Either way, this motor is the one to build up once you fix the tranny issues...which, of course I did before I sold it.

I don't believe it had 27/23 valves...I think it had 25/22 valves in it, which are big for that style and stud spacing.

And, like I always say about this motor...keep me in mind when it is worn out and you need a new one!

Re: Import Motor FAQ - Long Stroke Mills

Your right it was 25/22. Well with the 131, VM26, G2 cam and mild porting, this motor feels like a beast. I swapped out the shiftstar with the "fixed" shiftstar from SDG and now no more mis shifts.

I'll sell you this motor back if you have a lifan 120 monster i can buy from you.

Here are the specs that came with our Lifan WIN138.

    1P55FMJ-2E10

    Displacement: 140ml

    Bore×Stroke: 55mm×59mm

    Max.Power & Rotating Speed: 8.0kw/7500r/min

    Max.Torpue & Rotating Speed: 9.5N.m/5000r/min

    Min.Fuel Consumption: ≤367g/kw.h

    idling Speed: 1500r/min

    Ignition: CDI

    Lubrication: Pressure/splash

    Transmission: 4 speed

Not sure how to read their power ratings and convert it to HP , and TQ figures that make sense ?

I will try and get a picture of it.
