    F/S: Trailbikes 88cc Cylinder, Piston & Head

    For Sale:

    (1) Trailbikes 88cc cylinder (52mm?) , (1) matching Trailbikes piston and (1) Trailbikes 23/20 head.

    Head includes the TB cam.

    Piston includes pin and clips.

This is the top end off my 108 powered street motard. These parts were only used in this street application.

No MX duty at all. Due to work, these parts have seen limited use this summer. Now that this engine has been upgraded to the 117cc config, these parts are no longer needed as dust collectors. Install these as is and have a fine 88cc engine. Add the Trailbikes crank and turn these back into a 108cc screamer. You will need a gasket kit available from Trailbikes.

Asking Price: $125.00 or best offer. (plus actual shipping charges)

    NOTES:

    - Sorry. I'm not interested in any trades at this time, nor will I sell individual parts from this offering.

    - For a shipping quote, PM me your zip code and I'll get that out to you ASAP.

    - First to pay, first served. No "dibs", I won't save parts unless I have a deposit. With a deposit, I will only hold parts for a mazimum of 5 days.

    - Shipping insurance will be provided at the buyer's expense. So if you want it, you better ask for it.

    - I only ship via USPS.

    - - If you'd like to calculate shipping on your own, as stated above, I ship via the US postal service, shipping weight is 7.5 pounds and will be shipped from 55322.

    - I take payments only through Paypal and I've been taking a beating on fees, so please add 2.5% to you total to cover my costs involved.

    - Have question? PM me or email at dn55419 at yahoo dot com.

does the piston for the 108cc kit have a different pin location due to the longer crank? I had to get a 106 piston when upgrading my +R 88cc kit...due to the pin location...just wondering if it is the same with the TB kit...

    Thanks,Troy

TB stroker cranks use a short rod so you can use the 88 piston.

I honestly didn't know. That's why I went to Mike at Trailbikes directly and he confirmed these parts were a direct 88cc bolt on conversion.

Dan, Is the 23/20 the newer (gen 3) style head?

This would be considered the "old style" head.

I don't know if the Tak parts are compatible with Trailbike parts. Meaning you may be able to use the Tak cylinder, but you'd need to use the TB piston.

I know that the parts as offered will make up an 88 race head set up...
