"best fitting" exhaust for a tb108 motor with manual clutch

hey. I know theres a lot of threads about "best exhaust" ive searched and read a lot of them. what im kind of concerned with tho, is which fits best?? what i mean is i have a bbr bigbore exhaust, runs nicely out the head, up and over the clutch cover (have manual clutch) without bending back toward the frame (not close to the clutch cable), and runs right to the back.

i have an older two bros exhaust too, im selling it tho, i just dont like the bend on how it tucks way in touches the clutch cable where you have to tie the cable back

Im looking for a different bigbore exhaust (like the bbr but im sick of gold, want somehting else) i heard the 4.1s and maybe powercores (???) were good for a 108 engine didnt know how the bend was on them tho.. haha i guess this is kind of a "best exhaust" thread, but id like to know if anyone has experience with maybe the 4.1 or pc, or any other exhaust doesnt have to be a FMF, on a stroker motor for that matter and how you liked it, and how it fit..

    thanks a bunch!

you might be able to look at different web ites that sell the pipes to see if they show them mounted up to a bike

ive had a takegawa and a pro curcuit both fitted up nice

didnt have any problems with the tak pipe with manual clutch but i run a auto clutch with the PC pipe

As for the best power youll never know unless you dyno your bike with every pipe as every motor runs different, even more so with the different combinations of engine parts

You can go on pro circuits web site and get a new end cap for the muffler. I think they are like $90, but they look really good, and i think they also silence

I run a bbr big bore on my 117 with tb manual clutch and it fits fine. Im sure any other exhaust would fit just as well. Id get a big bore D section if I could, not sure if I like the looks of the D2.
