That could be difficult, you might try seeking your answer here.

It the problem is The main shaft and counter shaft diameter. The 4spd has smaller shafts than the oe, it is an earlier make of Trans before ahp made changes. And the timkin bearings are would need to be smaller or I need a bushing to make up the difference. I emailed ahp multiple times to see what I can do. But have had no response, I'm probaly gonna go a different route

What are the O.D. measurements of both ends of both trans shafts, if you don't mind me asking.

Im a picture (visual) person myself, if your old trans shafts are larger than your new ones I'd say you have the wrong tranny. Ive installed a couple of DRATV 4 speed trannys in CRF's without a problem but a buddy of mine gave me a Zongshen 125 with a blown second gear in it and the DRATV trans shafts were smaller also...

    ...Or...

The OP is trying to fit the AHP trans into non-Honda cases. The AHP trans is a drop-in for the OEM Honda cases, either with the needle bearings or bronze bushings for the machined trans shaft ends.

That's why I asked for the trans shaft ends measurements...

I'd say your right. In my own weird way I was trying to say the same thing. On my Zongshen motor, if I remember right (and I usually dont), it was like a 17mm vs. 21mm shaft size difference.

No it's going in a stock bottom end. I don't know the measurement off hand but stock is larger. I was trying to find out from ahp if there was any bearings or bushing available, but never heard back.
