He just has them pushed way up into the clamps.
If a mini is considered an iron pony, and an pony is relatively half the size of a horse. Does that mean it only has .5 Horsepower?

That is correct. Dirt bikes come tall in the front and low in the rear so you go through ruts and hit jumps and have a lot of weight on the rear so you dont wash the front in the dirt. But for street racing you need the front low and the rear a little high so you can get some bite on the front. It helps keep from pushing wide when you get back on the gas and it helps the bike turn quicker.. Low front high rear for street racing and the opposite for dirt you want a high front and a lower rear to keep the grip on the rear tire. Look at most AMA roadracing bikes the front finder is amlost on the front fairing during breaking.. I roadraced big bikes for years. I use more fluid in the tubes to controll how far down they dive under breaking. On a roadracing bike you dont want a lot of travell (pitching up and down on the front) but for dirt you need a lot of travell.. Also just putting a longer shock on the rear and leaving the front alone wont work cause on the street the more swingarm angle you have the harder it is to controll the rear. You would "like" the rear swingarm angle as flat as possible and still have the frame in the rear at a higher angle so you have to watch just how much longer of a rear shock you run. With a +2 rear swinger and a stock honda frame a 10 1/2 eye to eye shock and the front lowered like I have it gives you good front to rear bias. The bike now will slide the front and rear about the same time. Before I did all this the bike would just push the front. But go any taller in the rear and it starts to loose the rear first.. You want both tires to slide at the same time then you know the chassie is balanced.. And with a 190cc engine makeing over 20hp you need the rear planted lol.. If you look at it the bike looks level accross the top. The front and rear look to be at the same height.
