    Inner Rotor Kit help

After replacing damaged parts on a 50 with TB 117cc kit(#6) the mechanic is telling us we need to replace inner rotor kit too. It seems these things have a bad reputation for being unreliable. Trying to find out which one's are top notch is making me dizzy! Any help is appreciated.

dont bother with a inner rotar kit if you dont have the tb billet clutch basket upgrade or youll destroy clutches as well as the rotar. you can get the Tak IRK which is built completely different from any other brand (the kitaco is built like the chinese ones) but it costs $500+. if you want to run a IRK i have 2 (one used, one brand new) that ill sell for $50+ shipping. check out Tbolt for the clutch basket upgrade and Minimob for the Tak IRK

Thank you for the help, I appreciate it. I have a Kitaco inbound. Also am upgrading with TB billet housing upgrade. Hopefully the clutch will last awhile! Thanks again.

Newest problem award goes to the timing chain tensioner spring. The timing chain has too much play. Is there a stronger after market spring available? Bought the bike already stroked to 108. After it blew up we upgraded it to 117. Not sure if the cylinder is 63mm or 69mm. Mechanic suggested I find an after market spring. Is there such a thing?

Nope no aftermarket spring.. But they do make 2 different cam chains for the 50.. One is stock length for the 63mm cylinder and the other is for the 69mm cylinder.. IF your guide wheel on the cam chain tensioner arm goes out or gets real worn it will act like the cam chain is to long. There located behind the round cover behind the IRK... I always stretch my cam chain springs out just a little to get a little more tension but the arm could be all the way down and the roller that goes on the cam chain could be worn out..
