A stock XR/CRF70 head has 23/20 valves, a decent combustion chamber.. E22 looks to be the same.

The TB race head is a better head but he want's to keep the stock 50 look. I think the race head would be a dead giveaway with the extra fins.

You should drop stormin Norman a line and have him do up another cheater head like he did recently. Ported stock head with 25/20 valves! He sold his last one for 250 I think.

Stormins head was for 88cc l think, not saying he couldn't do something more suited, the E22 requires you to run a z50 piston with it aswell.

Why do you have to run a z50 piston?

"e22 Heads" is term commonly used to describe Chine 50-110cc heads
    but
We have seen e22 Head for china 50cc with the same valves as a stock HONDA 50 !!

a lill bump and probably irrelevant ..
i am from pakistan and pakistan has a huge domestic market for bike .. bike is one of the main mean of millions of people in this country .. and the dominant bikes here are honda cd70 and chinese 88cc .. here annual sales of these bikes exceeds 2 million .. and all chinese bikes have E22 head ..
these had has same valves as honda cd70 .. that is 23mm for inlet and 20mm for exhaust .. however there shape is different .. honda valves are flat at top (inside combustion chamber ) and chinese E22 head valves are concave .. (i.e. curved inside ) .. also the volume of the E22 combustion chamber is 12cc ..

this is the only tech spec that i could share with u .. hope its not too irrelevant ..
