Cant find jetting specs on 88 stock head.

Hi guys i just recently installed a tb 88 kit on my 50 for stock head. I paired it with a bbr cam ,keihin pc20, and yoshi pipe. Bbr recommends 80/38 jetting but thats for the 18mm .im currently running what bbr recommends and it runs great bu t gets hot reall quick. Does the extra 2mm of carb differance change the jetting specs?? Ive tried searching for jetting an 88 with stock head and cant find much info as many people run with RH. Thanks

I would say to try going up one size with the main jet and see if it runs cooler. An extremely lean engine runs like a champ...for a while. If it runs cooler after going up one size, try going up another size, it might require a little more fine tuning to get it dialed in, but it sure beats overcooking it while WFO.

If you have both, try the #82 first and see if it runs cooler. If it does, try the #85, and see if that helps with overall performance as well. All it takes is some of your time.
