well I will help you out on the cable problem go get a spark plug boot and install it on the cable. It will not burn they are heat resistant up to 1200 degrees. as far as the whole pipe tucking in and hitting the riders leg thats they nice part about header wrap and then there is no need for the clutch cable hiting the pipe. as far as the diameter it's kinda hard to run a ported and polished head with a pipe that is that small. one thing that is a known fact is the better your exhaust flows the better your bike will run. sure this pipe may work on an 88 but any more than that it is restictive. go get the ultima you wont be disappointed. that and it sounds a hell of alot better. just my 2 pennies though what the hell do I know
oh and two brothers dyno charts BullShit!!!

macworld,
I was dissappointed with my Ultima.Yes it was the new style one as well.First it melted everything even close to it.That includes my numberplate, pant legs, and my skin. Also going on your theory then you should be selling your Ultima and getting a TiForce pipe.Since it has the biggest header,it should flow the best, and if it flows the best then it must BE THE BEST.

as I stated in the post before wrap it with header wrap and the burning problem is gone. as far as the flow your obviously mistaken. do a little research.

Mine is Ti, i am 99.9% sure. Mulisha just got a stainless one and what finish was it? brushed so therefore mine must be Ti. and they do not put that plate on the Ti ones so mine is not stainless. You have to trust peope sometimes and i trust two bros, xr50s and minibike outlet!
Happy Easter Everyone!

Sanoman: I'm pretty sure its titanium too. Just crazy that they would do 2 different finishes. From 2bros site....
Header Features:
· Mandrel bent thinwall (0.35” x 1.125”) polished titanium headpipe
· CNC machined titanium headpipe collar
· CNC machined aluminum headpipe flange (red anodized)
