Im also looking for a rear fender along with tail light and tail light support if anyone has them! If you have a leg shield, carb cover and air filter cover I would be interested too!

Im a noob here but i was curious about what others did with the fuel line when putting am aftermarket carb on they're bike. The stock fuel line on my 02 klx is a larger diameter than the aftermarket fuel line barb. Thanks in advance for the help.

Howdy. I'm new to Planetminis, but not new to bikes. I've been hanging around Thumpertalk, but I thought I'd try a forum that specializes in minis. I have a basketcase 1997 Z50 that I'm trying to put back together. It's been a basketcase for an embarassingly long time. Now that I've got the cases back together, it's time to get the top end back on, but there's this little collar that I can't figure out where it goes. It's not shown in the genuine Honda factory service manual in a location where it will fit. Also, I find conflicting information between the manual and the parts diagrams online. The manual shows something that looks like the collar for post-91 Z50s, while the online diagrams show the same collar for use in Z50s up to serial number 65X,XXX which was sometime in '94. I have serial number 661,XXX. Also, the same cylinder head and cylinder were used before 1997 and up to at least 2009 and the later parts diagrams don't show this part in the parts list, although it does appear in the diagrams for the cylinder. Anyway, I've attached a picture of the collar and a picture of the spotface on the cases where I think it will fit, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the collar belongs there. I could have sworn it went somewhere between the cases and the head, but unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of it in all the pictures taken during disassembly. Lousy documentation on my part, but something like this should be intuitively obvious, right? Not for me. I thought I'd draw upon the wisdom here to see if someone might know. This has delayed the rebuild by a week as I puzzle over this little piece, where it belongs and its purpose in life. Maybe this thing isn't even needed? Thanks in advance for your help.

This bike started as a 2004 TTR small wheel with electric start. The idea was to build a nice bike for my wifeto ride and to also give me a bike with a kickstand to chase my son around whenhe was on a 50. I got tired of layingdown my 250f every time my son needed help. I am the second owner and have owned this TTR since 2006.
This is not a stock TTR; it was professional built byThrottle Wide Open LLC in Southern California. The custom modifications include:
· YZ 85 Front forks – revalved by RG3 suspensionfor a 170 pound rider, which is my weight.
· Custom billet triple clamp

· Stock hubs were anodized gold

The motor remains stock for reliability and so my wife was comfortable.
This bike is in excellent condition and has been super funand reliable. Hours are low as evidencedby the excellent condition and the fact that the stock graphics are still onthe tank and in good condition. Iplanned to keep for my son for when we go trail riding but he prefers hisKX85. If you have any questions or wouldlike any specific pictures please let me know. You will not be disappointed.
I am asking $2,100 OBO, I know the market for these types ofbikes is soft but you could not build this bike for twice this price and I don’twant to just give it away but I am open to reasonable offers.

So im installing a Rigid Dually on my 05 KLX 110. But the "yellow" wire coming from the regulator only has AC power. And LED lights need DC power. Any ideas??
