I have two of the Limited Edition Freddie Spencer 50cc Monkey Leisure Bikes in CB750F Colors in absolute pristine condition, with basically no miles. I am not very familiar with these, can somebody tell me what they think they are worth a piece? Any help would be much appreciated.

Where are you?

These would be very rare in the US. I know a new JDM Monkey would easily get $2500 here (I bid on a Gold one for that and still didn't hit reserve), and a limited edition one may get more. Then again these are not well known here so the market would be small.
