Street legal build help

So I happened to stumble across an old honda title my dad had from back in the day, went to dmv and its clear. So I plan on transferring it to my name. So I plan on building a monkey bike from the ground up..
Does anyone know if the old z50 forks will fit a newer style crf50/pitbike frame? I need a break down on whats the easiest thing to do.. I would love to just have a completely new crf street legal tires and call it a day but the title is for a 74 so that wont work. I guess the old Minitrail style will best compliment this idea. anyone build their own mini trail before?

i am pretty sure the stem on the z 50 forks is shorter than the newer generation forks

I might just go the crf root the only problem is the street legal title is for an old bike... i guess thats a risk im going to have to take...

What about the vin?

everything is clear on the vin i just planed on using the vin tag that was in the plastic bag i found the title in

Oh well as long as you have the vin it doesnt matter what you do to it looks wise

thanks man I'm just going to wing it I guess and just throw a bunch of big lingo at the cop who pulls me over haha I guess if I have insurance and registration, with the same vin plate on the bike he cant really say much, unless he is a biker himself.. then well I guess im screwed haha
