What's wrong with the original motor? If you need more power there are options.

2nd gear took a crap on our CRF110 engine over a year ago. I didn't want to split the cases so I bought a 140 engine to put in the CRF over the winter. Then I fixed the 110 engine and put it back in the bike to test it and I think I am going to leave it in until the boy blows it up or wants more power and a clutch. We did ride it a few times up and down the road and it was way more power then the 134cc Honda. Like I say it was winter and we never got any track time with it but it seems to work well. It was a pretty easy swap. I cut the brackets out with the plasma cutter. In the picture they are to close to the case but I fixed that. Used to stock hole on top of the engine. The sprocket sits about right and the chain its not rubbing the swing arm. I can't understand why some one is not making a kit yet for this swap.

Lower bolt is behind the chain in the picture.

    CRF50 yosh head pipe.

Muffler shop in town made the adapter piece.

    What started it all.

Wonder if the piranha 150 e start would also fit with little modifications?
