Whats the difference in there motors?
From Wikipedia... "The Expert costs an extra $100 and offering several new features specifically for larger riders. Features include a taller seat hight, higher ground clearance, larger wheelbase, increased tire size, longer swing arm and larger rear sprocket for better acceleration with a heavier rider. All of these Expert features only add an additional 4 pounds. This model is referred to as the CRF150RB meaning R for Race and B for Big"
Gearing, chain, wheels, swingarm, and stiffer springs is the only difference. Just bought one and it is FUN AS HELL!!!!
I am 16 5 foot 6 and about 125 pounds am i to big for a crf150rb?
Probably too big to ride it as a normal bike, it would struggle through whoop sections and jumps with you on it. Alright as a muck around bike on hard pack
I have a crf 150 rb and just reading this i probaly bought the wrong bike. i weigh like 105 and am like 5' 7". I dont race competitively. would i notice a differance on the track that would make me want to change to a better bike. I long for a crf250r but my dad is a trail person
I am 5' 10" 150 LBS and I think it will be just fine for me. Been looking for a small wheel one. But still cant touch them around here as everyone wants MSRP for them used.
It says for heavier riders.
What weight rider were these built for?
you can buy different springs for them to adjust them to whatever weight you need, the HD spring is 50 bucks and will haul a 190lb rider around nicely.
