    Piranha 140 Motor Swap Concerns

So I'm seriously considering getting the Piranha 140 to drop in my 70, but the only thing holding me back is that I dont know whether the stock exhaust will fit. I ride in my neighborhood a lot and trails where spark arrestors are required. Some people say that it will fit and others say that it won't (the pipe isn't long enough to reach the tab). And I was about to order one but I saw a picture of a 70 with a 140 and the exhaust was being held on with Vice grips, and the holes don't line up correctly.

You can double check with Vince at T-Bolt but I think the Piranha 140 cylinder is 6mm taller (69mm) than the stock 70 cylinder, meaning the pipe mount will be 6mm forward of the mounting hole on the subframe.

The stock pipe will bolt directly on to the head , however you will need to make a small bracket to hold up the muffler
    also
another product that will help alot is an aftermarket peg mount

Thanks for the help. I have a few more questions though, can I use my stock 70 kill switch or do I need to order a new one. Also I read somewhere to get the T3 Throttle cable, is that correct?

You can use the stock kill button
    TBW0301 throttle cable
