I did a little write up over here:
    Best Honda Mini Ever

I need to pick a forum and stick to it. PM is my alma matter but there are hardly any Grom folks over here yet....

Plus you didnt pick up on my XL70 line...

Nice write up. I picked up on it, but decided to let it go, I have a feeling the grom mods will consume your life... Just the generic bolt on types since it appears to be a gamechanger out of the box. No lovE for the vintage bikes.

    Good write up.

Don't forget about us little people still stuck in the mini "stone age". Also, if you do start posting about the Grom elsewhere, please send us links here like you have done already.

Congrats Todd!!!!!!! Saw it in -person at the Honda Tent at Indy MotoGP. I was sold. Got to have it. Super nice. Honda quality all the way. It's a must have mini. Too bad the Honda reps didn't know a thing about the aft parts available. The Honda guys stood there as I informed people of the swingarms, big bore kits and etc. available. You would think they would know their product and how to sell it. People who almost walked away were excited to find out about the aft support. That's what gets buyers excited. My buddy told the Honda preps to hire me for the weekend. Lol!

Well unfortunately, none of the aftermarket performance stuff has really hit the U.S. or places you can easily get it shipped to the U.S. Kitaco has some things but are not on the market yet, other than some annodized bling. Same thing for Takegawa - Minimob says its comming... So far there are a couple of exhaust systems from LeoVince and Yoshi that are redily available in the U.S. but they don't do much for performance without some unavailable EFI mods. Moriwaki has a really nice pipe too.

I'm sure there will be a ton of aftermarket support in the U.S. eventually, but for now, it is just hard to source anything decent for the Grom as it is to find quality Z50 Monkey parts in the U.S.

There is a Yumanashi big bore kit that has completely flopped and almost ruined a couple of Groms in Europe. Big disappointment there.... I hope TB comes out with some Grom performance stuff but right now, what the U.S. Grom market needs most, is a functional EFI controller chip. Kitaco has one but has not released it yet. I'll pay real money for something like that. See some Kitaco Grom stuff here.

So Razzo old friend, if you know of where to source Grom performance stuff that will ship the the U.S., please let us know!

First thing - red wheel stripes. These should also look good with my white plastics when I have time to put them on.

I had a suprise when I looked at the kitaco page you posted.
Given all the warnings at the sprocket section, it looks like the speedo drive is at the outgoing gearbox shaft.

Well the speedo and tach are digital and I think it is taking a signal off the ignition. I haven't looked yet but I doubt there is a mechanical speedo drive.
