No, from 2000 til 2005 they're all the same.
If you buy new and build up get ready to spend a load of money on top of new price.
I would go with an already built used one for a lot less money.
A nicely hooked up used bike goes for between $2000-4000.

200-2004 the shift shaft are the same. They changed the shift shaft dia. in 2005-2006 models. Supposedly made it "beefier."
I had a 2004 that I built up, but I sold it to buy a 2006 to build up. Half the fun with minis to me is building them up. If you want one alreay done up, thats cool, but to me tricking them out is just as fun as riding them.
it doesnt matter, the only difference is like the plastics and ocasionally the seat coverjust bue whatevers cheapest
2002 had a different crank if you plan on stroking it get a newer one!!!!!!!
