Stroke that thang out to a 155.

While you're in there, put in a forged output shaft, CHP's 2nd gear & shift star, and a 4th gear shift drum.

it will work but make sure you put in a aftermarket output shaft. The stroker will cause some much compresion that shaft will snap and break when you try to kick it over. since your splitting the case put in a 4th gear as well.

Exactly everything I went with, and a few extras.

    Stroked 143 (155)

    TB 143 kit w/ 26mm carb

    TB 55mm Stroker

    TB 4th Gear Shift Drum

08+ Heavy Duty Output Shaft- already installed

    CHP Shift Star

    CHP 2nd Gear

    Kitaco Heavy Duty Clutch Springs

    Engine Hardware Kit

    Heavy Duty Head Bolts

    New Gaskets, seals, etc.

    Stock air box removal bracket

    BBR U-flow Intake

FRD EZ D-Compression Valve- helps tremendously!

Manual Clutch highly recommended. Bike absolutely rips now. Had to upgrade to KX65 brakes front and back just to be able to stop the damn thing!

Not a problem, and I'm not that unique. Just waiting to mount the black rear rim and get some final pics. Recently mounted the STR front galfer rotor for the KX65 brake. Just need to order a galfer rotor for the rear to finish of the look. After that basically finished. 12K later lol.

No case boring necessary for a "strocker" crank. Only if you put in a big bore kit with a skirt (or spigot) that's larger than stock.

I had Chaplin Kawasaki bore it anyway so whne I'm ready for the bigger kit- it will go right in.

And yes, I have put way too much money in it. Bought it new in 2008 for my wife, and fell in love. Sold my big bike and dumped that plus more money into it. I'm obsessive, and love when you can make something so unique!

I ran that 155 engine combo last season and it ripped! It's also very reliable. I ran mine all season with 0 problems, just changed the oil every ride and adjusted the valves a couple times.

Ever ride at MX691? That bike and truck look familiar......
