i just bought tthe bbr output shaft with the first gear, and the chp second gear. i was just wanting to know what i have to do to add 4th gear, is it just the drum and i am good?

Start with 14/36 or 15/39

(same ratios, 15/39 worx well if you have a big-bike rear end to keep the chain somewhat more off the top of the swinger)
