    how can i get more power out of my klx110 without boring it out?

    i was just wondering how i can get more power out of my bike without spending the money on a big bore kit and carb. i already have a pipe on too which made a slight increase in power. suggestions?

    bore kit even a tb 143 kit with stock head ..............wouldnt be to expensive but still give good performance increase

    have you already gone to a pod filter? after that and a pipe there's going to a bigger carb, different cam and head porting. not really adding more power, but lightening the flywheel will make it accelerate harder which can also make a big difference.

    so how big of a differences would a pod filter (i drilled a few holes in the airbox not sure if it helped to much) and a bigger carb. make in the bikes acceleration?

    you can run this kit with a stock carb with just rejetting. You do need to go substantially bigger on the jet sizes. It'll run well and make TONS of torque, but will fall off rather abruptly in the higher RPM range. But it's a lot of fun to ride, especially on tight, backyard style tracks.



    The pod filter will make a big difference over the drilled airbox, it will pull a lot farther up top, but will require rejetting also, but well worth the investment on a performance vs. dollar scale.

    ok thanks. this may sound dumb but im not really sure how to re-jet the engine. im new to this stuff so bear with me here.

    heres a bar kit that comes with some jets and the air filter. if i get the big bore kit and this will these jets work?
