Re: Klx 110 Fork Swap
kx60... for 85 forks, i think you have to have them shorten, need clamps, ect, i would think it'd be the same for kx80 forks too... kx60 forks are the only ones i know for sure that'd bolt up right to your stock clamps.

Re: Klx 110 Fork Swap
Yup, KX60 or RM60. And the stock wheel & brakes work with those forks. You just need a longer brake cable and some heavier springs. And the swingarm/shock to match the raised front end.

Re: Klx 110 Fork Swap
Here's a link that shows most of the KLX110 suspension options.
Just close the stoopid pop-ups, the chart is underneath.
Lots of good info.

Thx cokeham and xlr8r
Does the overhang from the 60 forks get in the way?

Re: Klx 110 Fork Swap
^ they did with mine from time to time, they can drag in deep ruts and sometimes i snagged vines while woods riding.
if you want some nice forks and not have to spend quite as much money as getting a set of marzocchi's you can get the kx65's. either inverted or the ones that look like a better version of your stock ones. if you get those all you need is the bearing conversion kit that paxracing sells, i think it's $50
you can find the regular kx65 forks between $200 and $400 and the inverted ones between $400 and $650 depending on what's been done to them as far as valving, springs and whether or not they have had the klx110 stem pressed into them already or if the person is selling them with the pax bearing kit
the kx65's will have disk brakes too, good ones.
