    i've been building this over the summer- had loads of parts from the USA so thought i'd post!



    chassis;



    stock klx frame (freshly painted)

    stock klx swing arm (freshly painted)

    stock klx forks with HD internals

    new fork seals

    billet Twobrothers top clamp (blue)

    Pro taper se bars

    Wirtz throttle with new cable

    stock klx wheels

    Kenda tyres (nearly new)

    new inner tubes

    new sprockets (black Twobrothers rear and stock klx front)

    new Renthal R1 chain

    new front and rear wheel spacers from Corby

    new front and rear wheel bearings from Corby

    new All Balls tapered roller head stock bearings

    Twobrothers gear shifter (blue)

    new CHP HD peg bar

    Fastways pegs (as new)

    WRP folding brake lever

    Bigmini's over the top rear brake pedal

    Twobrothers high rise seat

    Elka shock (as new)

    new Renthal grips

    new stock klx bash plate (freshly powder coated)

    new front brake pads as new rear

    stock klx tank with billet fuel cap

    new air box removal bracket

    Sik 110's graphics on red and white plastics





    Engine;



    200? Kawasaki klx110 bottom end

    4th gear drum

    new Twobrothers bump start kit

    HD out put shaft

    new Tbolt 60mm barrel and piston

    as new stock klx110 head

    ported and polished with Pro Circuit valves and HD springs

    Takegawa race cam

    new klx kick start from Corby

    new klx coil and ht lead/plug cap from Corby

    new Mikuni VM26 carb

    new Tbolt twin filter

    Twobrothers M6 pipe with quiet insert

    Sik 110's black dress up kit

    The vin on the frame has to start with a J and it's in the front by the head tube so you got the wrong Vin up there

    Fastest pegs are suppose to be used with a crf50 style mount he's using a 110 mount that's why it looks like that

    feckin' hell i'd better check that!lol not ridden her yet. is the bolt that adjusts the peg angle meant to be on the top or bottom?

    pegs are definitely on the right way- must be the peg bar angle?
