    Aftermarket fork springs

I just received a set of aftermarket fork springs for a klx110. The springs are two different lengths. One is 17" and the other is 17 1/2". I have not removed the stock ones yet, so what I was wondering is: is this on purpose to create a progressive feel or should they be exactly the same. If they should be the same, do you think one is shorter than intended or longer? I was going to use one in my klx and one in my kx60 fork. I understand the kx60 spring is longer, so I would use the longer one in the kx (probably still with a spacer) and the 17" in the klx forks. What do you think?

Darn I was hoping they were closer in length. Thanks for measuring. I got these springs from tbolt, they say they are longer and stiffer. I wonder what a stock klx measures. I guess I am going to have to pull them both apart this weekend.
