150+R 28mm jetting help!

Trying to get my tm28 flatslide carb jetted for my 138r stroker motor, ive searched through pages of old post looking and seem to find people recommend all the way from a 150 main to a 220 main and a 22.5 pilot to a 30.

current jetting
main: 220
pilot: 30
air jet: 1.8
Needle: 5dp39 clip all the way down

It seems really close but i get a hanging idle, checked intake manifold for air leaks none found. I switched to a vm26 and have it spot on but it dosent pull like the tm28 did. Any help would be appreciated thanks!
