    my new 110

Just picked up the new bike 2 weeks ago, came with out the pipe.

heres what confuses me... the kid who i bought it from his dad has a full machine shop.... it has the stock head on but told me its modded to a 150... i owned a full mod in the past that was a 143 and it is faster then the 143... it just confuses me on how they did it. but i got a stal on it! has kx 60 forks i shock painted frame and swingarm bars, tall seat, 4th gear with bigger output shaft. picked it up for 800$Click image for larger version.

Seems like a good deal. The prices of bikes really have dropped. Now is time to buy or build one. What are u confused about when it comes to bore size. Motohp makes a 150 kit. I don't see y u couldn't use a stock head with it. Maybe I miss read ur post though.

I have A MotoHP 150 kit in my bike. The stock cylinder is bored out and a whole new sleeve is pressed into it.

worked for me...doesnt look to shabby-looks good. I say peel the red bull graphics off the number plates and rear fender and it will look super clean with just the shroud graphics.

King Racing or "Sik110s" Makes a 150 kit for the KLX110. Requires you to bore out the stock cylinder and press in their 150cc sleeve. There ya go to clear up your confusion
