Maybe you missed inserting the front axle through the center spacer in between the wheel bearings?

You think I could get axle through? Other thing I need to add is I haven't tightened the axle. Sounds might go away if I tighten?

You can try that, but if the center spacer isn't in place on the axle, you will put undue pressure on the wheel bearing centers, and eventually the bearings will collapse.

Just a guess but maybe uneven brake shoes from being worn? My brothers klx had this sound and it was worn and we loosened the brake to where it didnt engage at all even when lever was pulled but noise went away. Replaced brakes and now it doesnt make any noise.try it might be the same issue.good luck

I'm more inclined to go with uneven brake wear. I can't imagine I could get axle through and miss spacer. My experience with spacers is that if they're there you have to go through them properly or the axle won't go through

Well, it was an irregular tinny sound, like metal-to-metal, and only when you spun the wheel forward. Can't think of anything else that would be rolling around in there, unless a wheel bearing is bad and it's a loose bearing plinking on the axle spacer.

Again not saying im right but Reason why it could be the shoes making that sound is cause it could be lightly catching pad and vibrating the spring that hold the shoes.atleast thats what we found on my brothers.
