I drilled out the pipe in my klx 110 and have a two brothers filter with an 85 main and 40 pilot when i let off the throttle and hit it again it bog's out and almost stall's out. Whats wrong and what should i do?

I drilled out the pipe in my klx 110 and have a two brothers filter with an 85 main and 40 pilot when i let off the throttle and hit it again it bog's out and almost stall's out. Whats wrong and what should i do?
I had kinda the same problem as you and i fiddled with the air/fuel mixture and it helped. I think i made it a little richer.

this probally sounds stupid but do i have to take the carb off and apart for the air/fuel mixture
nope, if ya look on the right side of the bike there are two little screws. One that faces straight out and one that kinda faces up. The one that faces up is the air/fuel mixture, and the one the faces straight out is the idle. If you have the manual that came with the bike it should have it in there. If ya want me to take a picture i will.

Make sure your float valves working correctly which you removed to replace the jets.
