I have a TB 143 kit on the way, it should be here soon. I have an auto clutch with heavy duty springs, will it be ok or will I burn threw them my first ride...?
This is a discussion on auto on a 143... within the KLX110, DRZ110, TTR90 forums, part of the General Talk category; I have a TB 143 kit on the way, it should be here soon. I have an auto clutch with heavy duty springs, will it ...
It will be fine...
MotoHP 180 W/SuperHead, KX65 Forks, Oil cooler, SIK EXT long travel swing with Elka Shock, and lots of other stuff.
It should be just fine with those heavy springs thats how i ran my 143 for alittle while.
i ran my 143 with the stock auto clutch and it was fine, but i just put on a TB manual clutch tonight and wow!! that thing is fun of the starts and in the corners. it really livens the bike up and it is easier to keep the revs up.

Umm i have the stage 2 kit including exhaust through Two Bros. I bought the bike off a guy i worked with and he never rode the bike with the kit installed so i bought it fresh with the motor jsut done....i thnk that the motor feels pretty dam good. Two Brothers claims around 11HP for teh stage 2 kit but who knows unless its on a dyno. I think the power is great and it feels real good down low and i installed teh CHP manual clutch and love it..i can definitely feel the difference with the 2lbs off the clutch assembly. It revs way quicker and the throttle response was the biggest improvement that I personally noticed.
Yea i have the two bros. exhaust with my kit and i love it. The manual clutch is really nice IMO. Next for me is some sort of rear end set up i just got a set of KX60 forks last week. And then get a few more pieces and to get my 26mm carb kit on. SHADE...ru running stock suspension or do u have some other set up? just curious wondering what all people are running thats all.
