TB 88cc kit into a XR70...Suggestions welcome.

Well, my youngest just bought a TB 88cc kit with the race head and carb.

• What types of tricks can be done after the install to make the bike run at max performance?

• Will the TB 88cc kit allow him to run with the 90's and 100's?

My friend has a TB88 without head and its about the same as my 110 in a drag race, but his feels like it has more snap then my 110.

Well your 110 weighs @ 145 lbs and has 5.5 hp stock. TB88 w/o head has about 6 hp and a XR50 weighs @ 105 lbs.

P.S. Will a newer ..say 03 or 04 xr70 tank with shrouds fit a 2000 xr70 frame?

• Would I have to mod anything or is it a direct bolt on?
