KLX110 clutch help please

Hey guys, a buddy of mine has a 110 whose clutch is slipping pretty bad, and I suggested a heavy duty auto(he doesnt want to go manual or hydraulic)and I cant find an entire kit like TB offers for the Hondas, whats the deal with that?Anyhow, if i was to install just plates and springs(aftermarket) would it eliminate this slipping?Also does anyone have instructions on how to?Thanks

There are quite a few companies that offer clutch plates and heavy duty springs.

Basically replace that what you take out and most hd springs use 6 instead of the stock 4.

Make sure you soak the plates with oil before you install them other wise you'll glaze them and have to start over.

Just get a KX65 clutch kit from ebay or from paxracingstore.com, the one Pax sell are just a KX65 kit.



If sticking with auto you don't want all 6 KX65 (heavy duty) springs, you only want to install 3 of them and 3 brand new stock KLX springs. If you go 6 HD springs it will be super hard to shift.
