Does anyone have step by step instructions to getting these things on? Anything would help, Thanks

its pretty self explanitory.. put the clamps on . slide the forks up. put the wheel and axel on. put the brakes on the brake adapter. put the brake line through the guide. put lever and perch on.. and tear it up

Take off your old forks, put on your Marzocchi clamps, slide the fork tubes in and snug them up, pop the front wheel on there and tighten everything up. Go out and ride.

okay is ther any torque specs to follow on the tubes?

tighten and make sure not to over tighten and cause the forks to bind..lol
pretty basic though,pressing bearings the hardest part,big piece of wood and rubber malet..

dont have a socket big enough for the triple clamp
any suggestions? dont want to strip the bolt either what bearings need to be pressed?

Okay i think I will just buy one then, does anyone know what size they used to get the bolt off?

thanks, it tears the bolt up pretty good with a crecent wrench

large cresent wrench works fine if you can get it in there...and make baby turns...

did not receive bearing with the fork kit, is this normal? what type of bearings do these forks use?

i think thats normal,cant remember getting mine with them,but pick them up for i think like $35.00..??
check bearing location,they look alike but there not..
