theres mine2005 klx110, takagawa 138 kit with stock carb, uni filter, BBR SuperPro Swingarm, Elka Shock, Ktm65 forks, Bigminis clamps, Renthal Fat Bars, Exel rims, BBR Tall seat, Rockstar graphics, BBR Footpeg mount, IMS Superstock pegs, BBR Rear disc break kit along with foot pedal, Dunlop tires, ProCircuit T-4 Exhaust system, BBR Kill Switch, Hardstyle Sprocket, Magura manual clutch kit, Two Brothers extended shifter, Joker Head Breather kit, and i think that is about it for now lol

UM... After Chuck rode it... but man he did a number on my baby!!! Broken rear fender, bent pipe, bent shifter... some other stuff... lol I heard the bike was on the ground more than on its wheels...
I am getting rid of the Marzocchi's because I built a 65 front end so I can run a wider tire for motard. We got the forks off yesterday and will have them up in a bit.

How is the big minis rear end kit?
I haven't got much time on it but my first impression is great. I just had heavy springs on my other 110 and the rear was super stiff, it wouldn't even move when I sat on it, and would rebound fast due to the stiff spring. The Big Mini's swinger with the El Jeffe shock is just like a big bike; squats a little when I sit on it, is plush in the first bit of the stroke with plenty of travel left and I haven't even started messing with any of the adjustments yet.GAR

What did the rear wheel setup cost you? I am needing to buy a 12/12 setup now that I have my 65 forks built... would you sell them? I have the same setup but with the Elka now.

thanks! the pipe seems to work good, it's nice and quiet as to avoid johnny-law and the chick is a friend with benefits that loves moto
