    I-Shock Chain Rubbing

I just installed an ishock on my 110 and i noticed that the chain is rubbing on the swingarm because the extended shock has made the swingarm sit at more of an angle.

has anyone else had this problem? any ideas how to fix it?

    thanks

You need a chain slider then. That is normal for longer shocks.

it seems like even with a chain slider it would be rubbing way too much because of the angle of the swingarm with the extended shock.

so this doesn't cause any problems?

just tighten the chain some. Just move the rear axel back a couple notches till its where you want it.

chainging the angle of the swinger is the only way to get the chain to not rub so aggressively try loosening the shock spring so it is not as long that is all you can do unless you change the swingarm and a slider is a must the chain will rub that swinger till you can't change it then you'll have to cut it off

Have you got a smaller than stock front sprocket? We had a similar problem when we swapped to a 13 tooth sprocket.
