    $170

    YX top end-$170 shipped

-cylinder, piston, head, rear facing manifold, and 26mm carb

    -60mm piston will make a klx110 a 143cc

-came off a SSR 160r, only 4 hours

-OD of cylinder skirt is about 65.8mm so oem klx case would need to be bored
thats a good thing because you can actaully bore this cylinder down the line and go bigger! and not just trash it or reuse an out of spec cylinder for the same size bore.

-I'll split the kit up, just give me an honest offer

Thanks for asking because most people don't know engine specs. Its from a yx160, the yx has a longer stroke than a klx110 which makes up the difference in cc's.

    klx110 - 50.6mm (oem crank) x 53mm (oem piston) = 111cc

    klx110 - 50.6mm x 60mm piston =143cc

    klx110 - 55mm (stroked crank) x 60mm piston= 155cc

    klx110 - 50.6mm x 64mm = 162cc

    klx110 - 55mm x 64mm = 177cc

    yx160 - 57mm crank x 60mm piston = 161cc

No he's right. Just put this same setup on a klx110 and had to bore the cases. If it was a true 143kit for a klx you wouldn't have to, but this way you do. Also the intake faces rearward so that wont work on a klx either. Don't want to see someone run into the same problems as I did without knowing it before hand. Not trying to bad mouth the kit your selling, just want to clear the air on boring the cases, you have to bore them!!

^Thanks for the info. Sounds stupid to me to bore your cases for just a 143cc kit unless you have plans to go bigger later. So that in mind I will sell just the parts separately that anybody wants.

Good luck with the sale. It's a good kit, just takes a bit more work. I have a TB 143 kit with stock head and my brother has the cylinder and head you're selling. Mine pulls better low end but he has a lot more top end power. So depends on how you ride really. It's a nice kit and I was impressed, but it is a lot of work.

You brother obviously needs to tune his, since the yx race head has almost twice the size as stock valves, a race cam, and higher compression. So that statement should be completely false in real life. If it was tuned properly, it would be a torque monster down low. A stock head pull better. I'm LMAO.

This kit is know for basically having major torque down low and then signing off on the top end like a typical mod 110 motor. <That's what you should expect or there's something wrong! It is basically a Trail bikes pre V2 kit.
