Can anyone help me.
I have a 81 ct70. Headlight and tail /headlight will not work.

tail light has two wires from the socket. green with a light line and a solid brown. Also a ground wire that connects to the base. The green with a line matches the same wire in harness but the brown wire can only go to a black wire. I have looked at wiring diagrams on line for diff models and it indicates it should be brown. My bike harness has no brown wires in its harness. Bike is original. I have no power to the rear light.

The front headlight(new) does not work and I have traced all wires. all look good. So the big issue is no power to front or rear lights. Any one help with this issue.
