Indoor pitbike track and outdoor mx track (iowa)

So i gotta make a quick survey to make sure this is gunna work.. i'm looking at some land and a huge building in Greenfield, Iowa its about 45 min west of Des Moines. I'm planning on making a huge indoor pitbike track and a outdoor track to run all bikes. i want to make sure people are willing to travel to greenfield before we make the purchase of the land. it will be around $35 a day to ride unlimited that is a ballpark price, not 100% possitive on the prices. there will be daily, weekend, monthly and yearly passes available and also a member pass can be purchased to get discounted pricing.. email me at ultimate.inc@hotmail.com if your interested.. there will be weekly races for cash prizes and many different riding packages can be purchased! the track will be professionaly built by motokazie! include your name address and phone number on the email and any suggestions. i will contact each person to let you know when this will be up and running.

depending on what you are looking at cost wise, there is a asphalt go-cart track in mashalltown that is sitting idle, for sale. It has enough land on it for a MX track. The central iowa supermoto group used to race there until the current ownership lost their insurance. Track has been vacant since spring of 08. You could probably lease it and put up one of those pop up structures on the field behind the track and have an indoor track. Just an idea.



Ill ride out there pitbikes and supermoto, even the west des moines as well. I am in iowa city so it would be weekends only kind of thing for me. but I bet I would be there a ton if you have a small area for camping.

I remember auto crossing at the track in Marshalltown, they also used to run a lot of club events there. It was a nice track.
