    Not quite finished Mini-motard build...

She's a 2004 KLX110 with a 143cc big bore, 55mm stroker crank, big valve head, BBR race cam, 26mm Mikuni, FMF 4.1 Ti exhaust, GatorRimz wheels, Mitas tires, etc... What do you all this so far? I'm going to be doing a KX65 rear hub/brake swap and a KX85 front end/brake swap soon, and my BBR Super Stock swingarm is in the mail.

I'm not really sure yet... It's probably going to be closer to the end of this year. I have to dump more money into my CRF450R supermoto first.

Took the bike all apart for some powdercoating. Also, should have my BBR super stock swingarm next week after over a month of waiting!

Just bought a complete TB V2 head, cylinder/piston, and carb setup for this. Got a 2008 KTM 65 fork setup now too for $125 off Ebay.

Routed a breather setup for the bike, and a carb catch can setup. We have to run the carb catch can at the indoor kart track we run at.

Got a TB oil cooler setup for it too. It was a simple install. It's nice when stuff is direct bolt on!

Finshed bike for now with new V2 head setup, and Billetware +4" extended swingarm. I have everything I need to swap the KX65 setup on the rear and the KTM 65 forks, brakes, and wheel on the front as well. I'm going to hold of on that until winter hits, as I'm having to much fun the way it sits now, haha!

bike has came along way, looks good! nicely done

I know how you feel when I started building mine about 10yrs ago it was tough because there isn't a lot out there on setup etc.. I always try to help when people ask questions on setups

What would help is rev even faster is a lightened flywheel, love mine. I would suggest playing with your gearing so you don't run 2nd all the time

You got any pics on your peg slider setup?

I'll have to get some pics today and post them of the peg sliders, but I got them from Warp 9. I have to move the video to my other account on youtube too. I don't use that one for my moto stuff. I was thinking about the lightened fly wheel. Who did you have do your's? Can I get a heavy duty 2nd gear? I think if I go much larger in the rear the chain won't fit in the chain guide.
