been a bit crook, so has taken a while to finish bike
still waiting on some bigger idle jets for final tune
then its off to the race track to see how she goes
engine sounds ultra strong and revs like a 4 valve
tunning it on C14 sunco fuel
    its about 120 octane leaded

I have an 84' xr200 RFVC 4 valve and an 89' xr200 2 valve. These 200s are a ton of fun! I always had issues with clutch slippage and oil temps. I see you've added an oil cooler and barnett clutch. Cool bike!

Got a KO honda dax i used to race in the 70s have had it at the track recently and still rips
going to strip the engine down for resto, and am going to use one of your stroker cranks
just got to measure the crank gear to taper end of crank to see which one is the right one of the
    3 types you sell
already has a bigger bore around 85cc and a heap of engine mods

Wow. Awesome build. I love the old stuff. I had a xl185 honda years ago. It was a good bike. That is soooo cool.

Man im glad i seen this .Im building the bike i always wanted. A xr75 with a xr200r motor, and now i see this. I was just going to bore it and use a 230 crank for stroke. I plan on improving the head to flow, i really like your oil system and clutch. I need to do something about that too . Im still pretty new at this, so ill be watching to learn.
