I really didn't like the color that they offered (darker gray almost blue with blue, white and black speckles or tan with black and white speckles) so I decided to do the Seal-Krete because they had the light-gray almost white color I liked... Well, it turned out great until I moved everything back in. Before the Rustoleum and Seal-Krete I had a floor which was professionally done which I loved, it was tough I was rough with it (lifts, etc) and it didn't scratch or scuff the floor just normal things you could wipe or mop up... Well, that was all great until I had my house remodeled and I let the workers work in the garage and they absolutly didn't take care of the floor at all (spilled varnish, other paints on it and didn't even care). I was too busy dealing with the house that it didn't phase me about the garage until after everything was done. Currently, I am trying to trace back the person that painted that floor to see what they used...
This seal-krete I did shows every mark. I can't even roll a lift on it without it making some sort of a mark or scratch.
What do you think about U-Coat-It? I really want to do it, but only if I get good reviews...

Nice job by the way! What did you use?
floor coatings are all in the prep work if you rough it up clean it etch it and apply it right and then allow it to cure for the amount of time it needs you should be fine. i worked at the columbus commercial sherwin williams store for 4 years and i have done my share of floor coatings. if you aren't puting a lot of heavy weight on your floor and dragging $hit on it you can just use high solids poly and save a ton of money or do it wrong and risk redoing your floor every year which equals lots of loot!
Can I use the coating if I have a concrete sealer on my floor?
I have used Seal-Krete products in the past, the one from Lowe's, I think Epoxy-Seal. But I've learned you have to make sure the floor is clean and not real smooth.
If the floor is smooth, the paint won't stick. The only way around this is to acid clean the floor to get it rough like sand paper so the paint will stick.
As far as the marks, did you put the clear that Seal-Krete reccommends, Showroom Finish. This will stop the marking and make it easier to clean.
I did a cool garage job with 2 colors of flakes and 2 colors of paint. I painted the garage border with light gray and blue flakes and the inside dark gray with black flakes. Looks like a million bucks.
