    Some may remember me being on here stating i had carb issues as the carb that was on my 2008 90 Pitster was not the correct one.



    I had then called and emailed someone from pitster forget the guys name its been well over a year about getting the correct carb with jets.



    Guy was nice on the phone was going to send the right part, or i would pay the shipping only.



    He had my email/number and i never heard from them again.



    This bike is brand new been ridden maybe handful of times, never ran right from day one. Im looking to fix it so it can be ridden again.

    Have you thought about maybe contacting them again? Or jetting it yourself to get it tuned right?

    Working long hours and have other things to worry about.



    Thought i had this taken care of, but then winter came and was not worried it was stored and put on the back burner again.

    Hope i got it straighten this time. Once the jets come in ill tackle it again, motor only has roughly 1 hr running time. And is pending sale once it runs.

    Pitster is the shittttttt!!!! when I bought my motor from them (155ho) I think it was Matt who I talked to help me out with everything I needed and more!!! I wanted to exchange two things and do you know what he said !!! He said he would give me his word that he would look for the extra parts and try to fulfill my needs or wants.... He didn't have to do all this for me cause the motor I was ordering already had all the parts with it... this was only extra favor I asked of him.... So the motor gets to my door exactly when he said it would.. I open the box and there it is ...all the extras I asked for!!! again he didn't have to do this for me BUT HE DID! THAT SAYS ALOT IN MY BOOK!!!

    The reality is that everyone makes mistakes and I'd bet my ass on If you called them back with a reasonable issue they would take care of it!!!! SO JUST BECAUSE YOUR LAZY AND A PROCRASTINATOR !!!! I DON'T THINK THAT GIVES YOU ANY REASON TO BASH SOMEONE WHO CLEARLY IS THERE TO HELP YOU HENSE THE MESSAGE THEY JUST LEFT ON HERE!! PERSONAL ADVICE... THINGS WILL ONLY BE WHAT YOU MAKE THEM....

    Still have not received the jets. Where do they ship from.

    Never knew you had to chase a company for your parts, even after you paid.



    Got the jets today, not marked what size they are nor i don think there the right ones.

    Pitster always takes my calls and Matt is great with tech info.



    Have you tried to call? I have spent thousands of dollars with them (parts/comnplete bike) and I have NEVER had an issue with product or service.

    Anyone know Matt's email or how i can contact him directly?

    These Jets are wrong and need to talk to someone that knows what there doing.
