bored so I messaged the guy asking about the bike. Below was his response.
It has stronger fork springs, shock and swingarm, and pipe from BBR. It was probably a gift for advertising when pit bikes were all the rage. I have the title with the GOAT's signature framed on my living room wall.

I have the title with his signature on it.[no writing on the bike] I bought it from gocarts by Brian in Amarillo Texas. Brian XXXX XXXX@sbcglobal.net XXX-XXX-XXXX It's a business I doubt he would mind if you called. He knows Ricky and watched him sign the title. It was an attraction at his shop. He sold some of Ricky's other play bikes. The 2 years That RC went 24 for 24 moto's I came home from work long enough to watch every Saturday.I am also a big fan. I just don't like that I live in the city and have no place to ride.
