Sept. 29 Tumbleweed Bar Race

Yes we are having another bar race in Stillwater, OK. Saturday, September 29! The Tumbleweed has had all of their outdoor concerts for the fall so now we can go out into the arena which means more dirt, dirt, dirt! We will run it like the past races, numerous classes. . . but its all about banging bars. Saturday the shop will be open from 11am-6pm. The track behind the shop is prepped and will be open for anybody to ride for $5. Signup is at 7pm and practice starts at 8pm! $15/class. oh yeah and CHP is comin, we have to make it up to them, give them a good race, I'll cook em dinner and then they can launch themsleves in to the pit! It will be glorious!

No not completely outside, I wanted to keep it a "Bar Race" so there will be a little bit inside... It'll be fun I can assure you that!

any clues on the track layout yet? exactly what is a "bar race" format, mostly flat? rubbing elbows?

we going to have any "jumps" this time. And I can't wait to see those rhinos go flying through the bar. That should be interesting.

Ill be there, I think some of my riding buddies from OKC are coming also. Cary whats the low down on the track out back of the shop? I really wanna ride it.

The track behind the shop is good right now. If I know a bunch of people wanna ride out back I will water early sat. I am not doing anything with the rhinos this time... but we def. will on the next one. No hints on the bar race it will be a blast though.



I also wanted to let everyone know that Cooperland is having pit bike races on Sunday! So plan on staying.. and racing Sunday as well! I will have more information tonight. Dale is supposed to stop by and give me the details.
