Thats pretty funny right there!...
It'd be close, but the import motor would still have a different character to it's power because of the bore to stroke ratio difference. The import mills are undersquare, and as a result are always going to essentially be torquers. Honda bottom end builds, because of reduced room to increase stroke tend to be square motors. What we haven't seen yet, and many of us have talked about is a large displacement oversquare motor with a more modern bore to stroke ratio. Between building my motard, and picking up full size bike racing, I'm out of play money so I won't be able to step up and try that theory any time soon, but some others have picked up the ball.
When it comes time to rebuild my 114 (54X49.5) i might get the 56mm set. With a good honda style head and the right carb should be a screamer.
John Is 100% Correct. He Dyno Tested The 140 Bvh Combo On The Exact Same Dyno He Tested The New 150. 140 Made 13hp And The 150 Made 11hp. The 150 With The +r Head And S20 Should Make Over 15hp.
on the gpx 150 what pipe and carb. our you useing?
