Piranha CRF50 triple clamps spacing

Hello. I have been asking around but have not had an answer yet about what the fork center to center distance of these triple clamps is.

I'm building a z50 and I have Zokes to put on it but I need wide triple clamps to clear the wide z50 wheel.

so is this ^^^ complete triple clamp kit 175mm wide? I have the zoke triples now so my steering stem prolly will not fit into the clamps only and the bar clamps I have will for sure not work.

FYI According to the measurements I have taken 175mm center to center fork locations will give you 123mm of tire space when using crf50 zokes. I measured the stock Z50 forks as having 122mm of tire space between forks. might have made a mistake measuring so anyone reading this take you own measurements to be sure.

No they are aprox 160mm wide

I looked around and put the ONE set of wide clamps that we had on line ...
IF the 175mm clamps look like they will help we MAY be able to round up a stem and risers
but its a GARAGE sale part and will be treated as such

I ordered this set of clamps and added a note about wanting a stem and risers for this. See what you can pull together. Risers I need for sure. Stem I can machine myself if you don't have one that will fit CRF50 frame and these triples

Also there are a few people on here and still myself that is wondering if a complete triple clamp set can be purchased in this 175mm variety. Can you get more of these? I might want to build another in the future.

Thanks for the update. I agree with waiting it out to see how it works first. This would be a very low quantity thing as I suspect their are not a lot of people wanting zokes on the Z.

I have my build thread z50r Moto Build Up yx160,zokes,+3cm frame,+10cm swingarm, and more .


They seem to be wide enough. I'm going to find out this weekend if the stem from the CRF50 zoke clamps will work in these triples.
The steering stop will need a little work. Its does not contact square and is just going to bend the tab on the frame if used like this.

I'm happy with triple clamps. I can make them work.

I looked at the pictures I have saved from STR z50 build and the clamps on his are likely this same width but seem like they have the proper streering stop and do not have the 2 extra bolt one the left and right side of the bottom clamp

I received a set of bar clamps today from wholesale that I assume you had them send over. I was super excited and couldnt believe the service you guys offered sending them at no additional cost.

I went out to the shop to try them on the triple clamp and it was a no-go. the pitch of the spline is different. who knows why. Im willing to ship them back so you can sell them to somebody.

For sure on the none standard parts. I'm happy for the service your providing me. I'll buy another set of clamps to be a guinea pig if need be if you can source another set you think will work. I can test them for you . I willing to pay this price to know what works for the future and others to know and be able to put Zokes on a Z a bit easier.
