    How?

How? What is your plan? A crf base motor and bbr style crf tank? Thats not a ttr50 then.
How are you goin to put a ttr tank and engine on a bbr perimeter frame.

the superpro frame is easy with crf base engine. ive done it.

    1. drill hole horizontally across the tank mount ( mount with two washers as spacers with single bolt and nut.)
    2. put 4 washers or two spacers to fill the gap where seat bolts to subframe (hone out holes a little)
    3. build aluminum (CNC) or steel bracket to mount rear of tank. (ull basically have a retangle with a bolt hole at each end and one in center ) use stock bolt for center and two short bolts with nuts on ends)

can be done in 10mins once u have made rear tank bracket

Im curiuos to ear your plan and ideas

I have the ttr50complete plastic kit seat and tank that will bolt on any crf50 frame if u drill one hole. I have since put the CRF plastic back on it.

If you weld on a bbr frame ( to mount ttr50 engine ) it will have to be head treated again!

Yea i know that is the bad part about the aluminum frame, the primmy had a couple of cracks on it so to fix them i have to re heat treat it. Larry said he would have all welding done first then have it treated so just gonna do the new motor mounts and and send it to bbr and they will do the rest.

if i were you i would do ttr plastics with a crf50 motor.. you have WAY BIGGER selection of parts that are easier to get ahold of and cheaper then the ttr50 motor.. and if you ever go to part it no one will want to but it becuase no one is going to put a ttr motor i a 50 frame. the plastics would be kool because no one has it but the motor is kinda a dumb idea in my opinion not only are you wasting money your screwed in the long run.

Props for venturing out a bit with your build. Don't see a lot of built TTR 50s around here!

Well when the Ttr50 engine is 118 kitaco with race head it pretty much rips. My whole thing is this is my bike and unless I'm living under a bridge its not for sale. Thanks for the feedback besides I'm sure 10 years ago somebody was doing this to a crf50. All engine parts are available so I have no worries

Lookin killer Logan, you get your bars yet? I STILL havent even looked at the frame and plastics yet, box got stuffed in the garage out of the way while I was selling one of my harleys and a ton of parts I was tripping over every time I want to get near my dirtbikes!
